Job Description

We are seeking an open-minded and enthusiastic IT professional to support the strategic change and enhance core applications to meet business needs.

This role is part of a team working together to drive business continuity, IT professionalism, and user/business satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting application, change, and project requirements.
  • Managing incidents: keeping systems up and running by applying a controlled process of registering, monitoring, and resolving application-related tickets.
  • Maintaining applications according to service level agreements and in line with regional business needs.
  • Providing 24x7 availability for emergencies.
  • Setting priorities as agreed with the business.
  • Serving as a first escalation point for third-party vendors and users.
  • Delivering application maintenance services.
  • Identifying deviations from policy and standards, and contributing to changes after approval.
  • Maintaining compliance with IT processes for area of responsibility.
  • Ensuring proper and updated documentation of the application (technical, process, and end-user documentation).
  • Keeping the configuration management database up to date for business processes and applications in scope.
