We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team in India as a Business Development Representative.

About the Role:

  • Our ideal candidate will gather market intelligence and research customer and prospect accounts using various data sources, qualifying inbound leads to identify key companies and personas for maximum campaign effectiveness.
  • They will develop personalized strategies to engage prospects through email, social media, and other channels, and monitor public information sources to augment accounts, leads, and opportunities with data.
  • The successful candidate will create and maintain account intelligence briefs for Sales and Account Managers to prepare them for prospect and customer meetings, and follow up on marketing campaigns.
  • They will work closely with cross-functional teams to enrich, cleanse, and triage account data, and document activity in CRM software.
  • They will report qualitative and quantitative results on a regular basis and collaborate with teammates to develop targeted lists, call and email strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities and prospecting activities.

Requirements:

  • 2-6 years of experience in Business Development, Market Development, or similar roles
  • Ability to effectively research, qualify, and react to leads and business opportunities
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation education
  • Experience with CRM software, Marketing automation tools, or similar applications
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Precise, professional communication style through both written and verbal channels
  • Professional, empathetic manner capable of managing time and prioritizing tasks effectively with autonomy
  • Proven experience working closely with cross-functional teams
