We're now looking for a Business Development Executive in or around Mangalore who thrives on building relationships, converting leads, and driving business growth.
Role Overview:As a Business Development Executive, youll play a key role in acquiring new clients through cold calling, lead follow-ups, and consultative selling. A background in digital marketing or a strong understanding of digital services will be a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively cold call potential clients and pitch Stakques digital marketing services.
- Follow up on inbound leads, understand client requirements, and convert them into long-term customers.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent communication and relationship-building.
- Prepare and deliver client-specific presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Collaborate with the internal digital team to align service offerings with client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications using CRM tools.
- 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a digital marketing or tech-driven company.
- Proven experience with cold calling and lead follow-up to conversion.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and confidently speak about digital services like SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and web development.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-based environment.
- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency is a big plus.
- Familiarity with CRMs and productivity tools (e.g., Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Google Workspace).
- Fluent in English, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi [ regional languages like Tulu, Konkani and beary]
