Pursue a challenging role that demands expertise in technical troubleshooting and support.

  • Troubleshoot complex issues related to Appian applications, ensuring seamless performance and minimal downtime.
  • Expertly diagnose and resolve problems in Talend workflows, focusing on data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
  • Manage and troubleshoot SQL Server databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance during production releases and maintenance windows, collaborating closely with the Operations team.
  • Document and track issues, resolutions, and best practices to enhance the overall troubleshooting process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in troubleshooting and technical support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in technical troubleshooting and support.
  • Proven expertise in troubleshooting Appian applications, with a deep understanding of Appian architecture and integration patterns.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python and Shell/Batch programming.
  • Understanding of Agile processes and methodologies, with experience in working in an Agile framework using Scrum.
