Sales Engineer

At QM SEALS, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales (Mechanical Engineering) professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive business growth.
- Conduct market research and gather insights to inform sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely and effective delivery of products and services.
- Manage customer relationships, ensuring sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Manage documents, including POs, DCs, and invoices, to ensure proper filing and payment collection.
- Closing business deals and ensuring timely payment collection.
Requirements:
- Strong sales and marketing skills with a focus on mechanical engineering.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
