Overview

eInfochips (An Arrow Company) seeks a seasoned sales professional to spearhead the growth of our engineering services business in India. As Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our offerings to top-tier European and American MNCs operating in high-tech industries.

Salary & Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹50 lakhs - ₹70 lakhs, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for career advancement within the company.

Job Description

This role demands a results-driven individual with extensive experience in sales and business development, specifically in embedded, PCB design, digital engineering services, test automation, and ASIC design services. The ideal candidate should possess direct experience in managing client relationships, collaborating with internal teams, and navigating complex sales processes.

  • Hunt and secure new business opportunities with top-tier GEC clients through consultative selling and strategic partnerships.
  • Elevate revenue growth by effectively promoting managed services models to existing clients.
  • Pursue and close large-scale deals, driving the complete sales process from initial client outreach to negotiation and deal signing.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual targets.
Essential Skills & Experience

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A minimum of 15-18 years of experience, with at least 10+ years in direct sales of engineering services.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales quotas and milestones.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • A strong network of connections within the Indian engineering community, particularly with Center Heads, VPs, and Directors.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and cultural awareness when working across diverse geographical locations and time zones.
  • The ability to develop long-term relationships with clients, leveraging 'consultative selling' techniques to differentiate our services.
  • 3+ years of product engineering experience (optional but desirable).
Education Background

Applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer, or Instrumentation Engineering, or an MBA with a focus on technology and management.
