We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and build strong customer relationships in the Digital Engineering business unit. Based in India, this key individual will play a critical role in aligning sales strategies with market demands and business objectives.

Job Description

This position involves operating and expanding North American business while being based in India and eventually shifting to the USA. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Inside Sales Team to develop lead generation strategies and generate leads independently through business trips and Tech Expos.

  • Identify opportunities for growth within assigned accounts and lead account strategy
  • Liaise with Presales/Technical teams for targeted sales, upselling, and cross-selling
  • Manage business satisfaction and demand processes
  • Resolve escalations and ensure proper follow-up and resolution

The successful candidate will have 6+ years of hands-on experience in Business Development, proven experience in Technology Services industry Sales, and target-oriented hunting skills in an individual role.
