About the Position

This role oversees the recruitment process, develops company policies, and sets objectives for the HR team. The successful candidate will also help shape our employer brand strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Set clear goals and objectives for the HR team and monitor progress.
  • Incorporate performance management systems to drive employee growth.
  • Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for performance review and appraisals.
  • Design and implement policies that promote a positive work environment.
  • Craft talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs based on annual business plans.
  • Implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Discuss career development paths with managers, providing guidance and support for professional growth.
  • Monitor HR metrics, such as turnover rates and cost-per-hire, to inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Utilize data and analytics to drive HR decisions and improve processes.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Organize continuous learning and development programs for teams, promoting knowledge sharing and skill enhancement.
  • Address employees' requests and grievances in a timely manner.

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven 4+ years of experience as a HR Manager or similar role, with a track record of success in HR leadership.
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software, including payroll systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards shared goals.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth work environment.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to daily tasks and responsibilities.
  • Minimum of a Master's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or a related field.
