Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to oversee global recruitment operations. This role involves implementing talent strategies that align with our business goals and managing employee relations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices. They should also be proficient in Google Workspace and MS Office, with experience in the technology or consulting industry being a plus.

This is a full-time, on-site role requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 5 years of experience in HR management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform talent acquisition decisions
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
