Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global HR team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of strategic talent acquisition, management, and development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies across all business units, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new hires, and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive talent acquisition plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, social media engagement, and partnerships with external networks.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and stay up-to-date on industry best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of successfully leading talent acquisition efforts in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of recruitment marketing strategies and techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to collect and analyze data to inform recruitment decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
