At Rurash Financials Private Limited, we are rapidly growing financial services firm focused on delivering customized investment solutions to High Net Worth Individuals and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals.
We span across equity, mutual funds, Portfolio Management Services, Alternative Investment Funds, structured products, and other wealth management instruments.
This is a key role in leading client acquisition and relationship management efforts.
Job ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding).
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Conduct employee induction and ensure smooth joining formalities.
This includes collaborating with various teams to source top talent and create an engaging experience for new hires.
Employee Engagement & Relations- Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievance handling.
- Promote a positive work culture aligned with company values.
This involves fostering a supportive environment that encourages open communication and collaboration among team members.
Performance Management- Support implementation of performance appraisal systems.
- Track Key Performance Indicators and assist managers in goal setting and reviews.
This requires analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance overall performance.
HR Operations & Compliance- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRMS.
- Handle attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
This includes staying up-to-date on regulatory changes and implementing policies that support a fair and equitable workplace.
Learning & Development- Identify training needs in consultation with managers.
- Coordinate and track employee learning initiatives.
This involves creating personalized development plans to help employees grow professionally and achieve their career goals.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and HRMS systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
