Talent Acquisition Specialist

Are you a seasoned recruitment professional looking to leverage your expertise in driving end-to-end talent acquisition processes? We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our team and partner with stakeholders to understand talent needs and workforce planning.
">- Develop and execute sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, referrals, and passive candidate engagement.
- Manage vendor partnerships to ensure quality hiring outcomes.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools for reporting and insights.
- Drive employer branding initiatives, campus hiring programs, and internship pipelines.
- Implement and enhance recruitment automation/AI-based screening solutions to improve efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a GCC/shared services setup.
- Proven track record of hiring for engineering and support functions at mid to senior levels.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and vendor management capabilities.
Preferred Certifications:
- Talent Acquisition or any relevant HR certifications will be an added advantage.
