Job Title:

Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Are you a seasoned recruitment professional with a passion for talent acquisition? Do you have a proven track record of successfully attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent?

We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic recruitment plans to meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop targeted solutions.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer extension, ensuring seamless communication and timely feedback to candidates.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training and development opportunities to enhance the skills of existing staff members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in recruitment practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.

• 10+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the staffing/recruitment agencies sector.

• Proven track record of achieving recruitment targets and delivering results.

• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on process improvement.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Excel for MIS reporting.
  • Familiarity with ATS.
  • Experience with non-IT, BFSI, infrastructure, engineering, auto-mobile, manufacturing, and telecom mandates.
  • Ability to travel to branches for recruitment drives, training recruiters, meeting clients, and participating in job fairs.
