  1. Strategic Planning and Execution:
  • Develop a comprehensive talent acquisition roadmap aligned with the company's objectives and growth plans.
  • Research best practices in Recruitment and implement changes to enhance the TA process.
  • Create Recruitment Dashboards and provide analysis to inform decision-making.
  1. Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Management:
  • SOURCE, identify, and engage passive and active candidates through various channels.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
  • Leverage innovative sourcing techniques and tools to stay ahead of industry trends.
  1. Candidate Assessment & Selection:
  • Implement effective candidate assessment methodologies, including interviews and assessments.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop job descriptions.
  1. Employer Branding and Positioning:
  • Enhance the organization's employer brand to attract top talent through various channels.
  • Ensure consistency in communication and branding across all talent acquisition touchpoints.
  1. Onboarding & Induction:
  • Drive employee Induction and onboarding for all new joiners within TAT.
  1. Stakeholder Management and Collaboration:
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  1. Vendor Management:
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage vendor partnerships to augment internal recruitment efforts.
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements with vendors.
