Talent Management Lead Role

This senior-level role oversees the strategic development and implementation of talent management initiatives to drive workforce excellence. Key responsibilities include designing and executing effective talent strategies, succession planning, competency and capability building, data-driven insights and metrics, stakeholder partnership, leadership development and assessment, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a robust talent management strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify skills gaps in the current workforce and integrate them into performance and development cycles.
  • Create and execute a well-structured succession planning process to identify and groom high-potential talent for critical roles.
  • Manage the competency management framework to identify skills gaps and integrate them into performance and development cycles.
  • Develop and roll out capability-enhancing programs to boost employee performance and readiness.
  • Analyze HR analytics to identify talent groups, trends, risks/opportunities for leadership decisions.
  • Prepare dashboards and reports on talent metrics, succession readiness, engagement, and program effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Business leaders and HR Business Partners to align talent strategies with functional priorities.
  • Design, manage, and measure leadership interventions across levels (Junior, Mid, Senior) to strengthen the leadership pipeline.
  • Drive organization-wide implementation of the performance management cycle. Ensure timely goal setting, mid-year, and annual performance reviews in alignment with business priorities.
Requirements:
  • 7-8 years of experience in talent management processes design and execution.
  • MBA/PGPM (HR) qualification background.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects at the same time and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Excellent service orientation, interpersonal team skills, flexibility, initiative, and teamwork.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and facilitate actions across teams, commitment to follow through.
  • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
