As a strategic partner, you will play a vital role in supporting business transformation and technology enablement for global services. Key responsibilities include partnering with the business and HR functions to drive planning and execution of enterprise migration to GBS within the region.

You will oversee readiness activities such as knowledge transfer, resource ramp-up, and documentation standardization.

Additionally, you will coordinate process stabilization post-transition, ensuring minimal disruption to the business and employees.

Develop and implement transition governance, including KPIs, SLAs, performance scorecards, and escalation frameworks.

Participate in change management efforts, supporting communication and training plans at the local level.

You will support successful transition and implementation of HR operations at the respective GBS center by driving global consistency in implementation approach and providing support to hiring efforts of GBS HR Operations resources.
