Talent Acquisition Manager

The role of Talent Acquisition Manager is to lead the recruitment process for top technology and product talent.

  • Develop a strategic hiring plan to attract top-tier talent in engineering, product management, and leadership functions.
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for technology and product roles, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
  • Manage recruitment dashboards and analytics to track key hiring metrics and drive continuous improvements.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of Talent Acquisition (Recruitment) experience, ideally with corporate recruiting environment with full life cycle recruiting experience. Experience in a senior recruitment role managing senior level roles with driving strategic approaches, ideally IT hiring is preferred.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building relationships at all levels
  • Partnering with business leaders on their manpower plans and hiring strategies
  • Creating and maintaining recruitment dashboards and regular reporting to stakeholders
  • Advising hiring managers on talent availability, salary ranges and market trends
  • Setting and delivering high customer service standards to both internal and external candidates
  • Driving innovative resourcing solutions to attract the best talent
  • Building and maintaining talent pipelines within a line of business through targeted candidate relationship interactions
  • Managing candidate inquiries, candidate care and facilitating employee processes involving candidates
  • Consulting on selection decision and offers, frequently involving complex terms and conditions as well as providing strong consultation to management on recruiting and Human Resources policy
  • Completing all process requirements including dispositioning candidates, and ensuring compliance with all policy and regulatory requirements
