Our team is responsible for designing branding, positioning, and pricing strategies to ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts.

We analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas to identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.

Our responsibilities include crafting quarterly and annual hiring plans, monitoring competition, and coordinating sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.

We participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives and drive strategies for successful IPO execution.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Designing Brand Strategies: Develop comprehensive branding, positioning, and pricing strategies to enhance our brand's visibility and credibility.
  • Campaign Coordination: Coordinate and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that impact our business.
  • Hiring Planning: Create quarterly and annual hiring plans to ensure the right talent is on board to meet business objectives.
  • Competitor Monitoring: Continuously monitor competitors' activities, including their pricing, product offerings, and marketing strategies.
  • Strategic Planning: Participate in quarterly and annual planning sessions to align marketing efforts with business objectives and drive successful IPO execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications
We seek candidates with strong skills in marketing strategy development, campaign coordination, market analysis, and hiring planning. Required qualifications include:

  • Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Experience: 5-8 years of experience as a Head of Marketing or in a similar role.
  • Skills: Solid knowledge of web analytics, Google Adwords, CRM software, leadership skills, and an analytical mind.
