Job Title: Senior Talent Development Manager

Overview:

We seek an experienced Senior Talent Development Manager to lead our learning initiatives and shape the organization's talent capability framework. This role will drive leadership development, build a culture of continuous learning, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Learning Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute an organization-wide L&D strategy that ensures long-term capability building.
  • Talent Upskilling & Development: Design structured learning programs for engineers, project managers, first-time managers, and other critical roles, focusing on technical upskilling, behavioral development, and soft skills.
  • Campus to Corporate Onboarding: Drive seamless integration, faster productivity, and strong foundational skill-building through structured onboarding and training programs for campus hires.
  • Leadership Development Journeys: Design and implement leadership development journeys for emerging, mid-level, and senior leaders to build a strong leadership pipeline.
  • Digital Learning Solutions: Spearhead the adoption and management of learning management systems (LMS), digital platforms, and innovative learning methodologies to enable blended and scalable learning.
  • Evaluation & ROI Measurement: Establish robust frameworks to measure training effectiveness, monitor learning KPIs, and evaluate ROI through feedback, assessments, and performance impact.
  • Change Champion: Foster a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and professional growth across the organization.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with business leaders, HR, and subject matter experts to identify learning needs, co-create solutions, and ensure high-impact delivery.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in L&D or related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing effective L&D strategies.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
