Cashfree Payments, a leading payments and API banking solutions company, is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Professional to join our team. With a strong focus on the BFSI sector, this role presents a unique opportunity to leverage your skills and expertise in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new clients and convert leads within assigned categories to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
  • Develop and execute short-term and long-term sales plans, strategies, and approaches to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and drive repeat business.
  • Identify and pursue high-value targets with strategic timing and compelling use cases.
  • Establish best practices and operating procedures for converting leads to sales and ensuring consistent performance.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor intelligence, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6-12 years of experience in the fintech industry, preferably in online payments.
  • Relevant experience in new client acquisition and hunting roles.
  • A deep understanding of the payments space, particularly in the BFSI category (fintechs, lending, MF, stock broking, insurance).
  • SAAS enterprise sales experience catering to lending and investment categories, credit bureaus also preferred.
