Job Title

A highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors consultant is required to join our team in India.

  • Project Management:
    • Plan, manage, and oversee the full implementation project, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement and manage global projects related to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SAP SF EC).
  2. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
  3. Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and risk assessments to ensure effective project management.
  4. Ensure compliance with governance, change management, and organizational standards.
  5. Lead workshops, presentations, and decision-making sessions to drive project success.
  6. Spearhead the global rollout strategy and localization efforts.

Technical Lead & Advisor – SAP SuccessFactors EC:

  1. Own the technical implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  2. Serve as a trusted advisor to project teams and business stakeholders, recommending optimal technical solutions based on best practices and system architecture.
  3. Act as the central knowledge holder for SuccessFactors EC within the global HR-IT team.
  4. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  5. Design and implement integrations with local systems (e.g., payroll, time management).
  6. Conduct testing, issue resolution, and release management.
  7. Develop and maintain reports (Story Reports, Embedded SAC).
  8. Support technical documentation, training, and knowledge transfer.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in managing HR IT projects with SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Strong proficiency in both agile and traditional project management methodologies.
  • Experience with international rollouts, preferably in Europe.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Intercultural competence and experience working in multinational project teams.
  • A structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style.

Expertise Required:

  • Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (minimum 2 full-cycle implementations).
  • Experience in technical consulting and solution architecture within the SuccessFactors ecosystem.
