Job Title: Senior Brand Strategist

Join us in shaping the future of branding and growth. As a Senior Brand Strategist, you will be instrumental in elevating our business by identifying and acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth.

We're looking for a highly skilled professional with 6-10 years of experience in business development for branding, advertising, consulting, or creative industries. Your proven success in acquiring new logos, strong communication and storytelling skills, and ability to sell ideas rather than pre-packaged services will make you an ideal fit for this role.

This role requires a deep understanding of CXO-level conversations, brand storytelling, and creating trust in boardrooms. You'll need to hunt for opportunities, be resilient in long sales cycles, and possess the presence to influence senior decision makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elevate our growth by opening doors, building CXO-level conversations, and converting new accounts into long-term relationships.
  • Identify and acquire new clients by targeting CXOs, CMOs, and founders across sectors like BFSI, real estate, technology, and consumer.
  • Reach out through networks, industry events, and referrals while shaping every conversation around the client's brand and business challenges.
  • Diagnose problems, frame our strategy as the right solution partner, and craft compelling narratives that connect branding to measurable growth outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of experience in business development for branding, advertising, consulting, or creative industries.
  • Proven success in acquiring new logos rather than only farming existing accounts.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and CXO engagement skills.
  • Ability to sell ideas and concepts rather than pre-packaged services.
  • Confidence, resilience, and a strong drive for growth.

Success Metrics:

  • Build a target list of 50 to 100 prospects within 90 days.
  • Set up discovery conversations, sharpen the pitch with leadership, and convert at least two to three new accounts into live projects within the first quarter.
  • Consistently open high-quality conversations with CXO-level prospects and deliver on agreed revenue targets.
