  • Team Management: Manage a team of junior creatives, providing direction, feedback, and guidance to ensure high-quality work.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the New Business team on creative ideation and pitch materials.
  • Presentation: Present creative plans to clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of concepts.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain award-winning standards in creative work and oversee the submission process for recognition.
  • Reporting: Report to the Creative Lead, receiving overall direction, feedback, and references for campaigns and tasks.
  • Collaborative Work: Work closely with the Integrated Solutions Team on daily tasks, from social media posts to annual campaign strategies.
  • Visual Direction: Provide visual direction to the graphic design team and understand/break down briefs for junior creatives.
  • Project Management: Develop and stick to realistic timelines, allowing for ideation, revisions, and client goal fulfillment.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research on brands, competition, target audiences, and stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends.
