Job Summary

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief People Experience Officer to lead our employee experience initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging onboarding programs, fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration, and leveraging HR analytics to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive onboarding strategy that captures expectations vs. achievements.
  • Build and track a 30/60/90-day employee journey framework, ensuring seamless cultural assimilation.
  • Design, implement, and manage engagement programs that promote a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze survey data to derive actionable insights, sharing findings with leadership and recommending improvements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in HR or a related field, with a focus on employee experience and engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage HR data to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
