Job Title:

Chief Financial Operations Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive business growth across the region, fostering a culture of financial discipline and accountability.
  • Pricing Strategy & Governance: Oversee pricing for complex deals, ensuring optimal sizing, compliance, and margin safeguards, while maintaining a strong focus on revenue and cost management.
  • Profitability & Performance Analysis: Deliver actionable insights to business leaders, driving informed decision-making and recommending strategies to improve margins and cash flow.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting cycle and monthly forecasting exercises, incorporating revenue, costs, FX, and regional dynamics to ensure accurate projections and timely interventions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Advanced financial modeling skills, with expertise in MS Excel and financial systems.
  • Strong understanding of IT/technology services business models, including managed services and outsourcing.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting tools and ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • 8-12 years of progressive experience in business finance roles within medium/large IT/software/services organizations, with proven exposure to Global markets.

You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies, leveraging your expertise in financial modeling and analysis.
