Job Title: Senior Finance Executive

Overview:
As a senior finance executive, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations and ensuring the accuracy of company records. You will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance regulations. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work independently will enable you to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with team members effectively.

Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure accurate and timely completion.
2. Manage monthly GST returns, TDS workings, and other statutory compliances, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prepare and implement financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
4. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and external auditors to ensure seamless financial operations.
5. Analyze financial data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for cost savings.
6. Implement process improvements and best practices to enhance financial efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience in accounting and financial operations, preferably in a leadership role.
2. Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting standards, and compliance regulations.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
5. Proficiency in MS Office and other financial software applications.
