About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that drive business growth.

In this role, you will work closely with senior management to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address them. You will be comfortable handling large amounts of data and have strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial information.

You will also provide regular financial reporting to stakeholders and act as a business partner to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies that align with business objectives

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in finance and accounting
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to handle large amounts of data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) certification
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
  • Knowledge of US GAAP
