Senior Financial Strategist

Job Summary:

The Senior Financial Strategist will be responsible for driving the overall financial strategy of a global organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation across group entities and global business units.
  • Oversee tax planning, regulatory compliance, and risk management frameworks to ensure accuracy and timeliness of consolidated financial reporting.
  • Provide financial insights to support M&A, partnerships, and investment decisions.
  • Lead and build a high-performing finance team across multiple locations.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on long-term growth strategies.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including auditors, investors, and financial institutions.

Requirements:

  • CA / CPA / CMA / MBA Finance or equivalent advanced financial qualification.
  • 12–15 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record in corporate finance, international accounting, and strategic financial planning.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, taxation, compliance, and risk management.
  • Experience in IT Consulting, Technology, or Professional Services industry strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, and dynamic environment.
