We are seeking a seasoned financial leader to fill the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This key position will play a vital part in shaping the company's financial strategy and driving growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles to ensure timely and accurate results.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the leadership team to inform decision-making.
Accounting & Financial Reporting
  • Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Implement best practices in financial reporting, adhering to Indian GAAP/IFRS/Ind-AS guidelines.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and ensure accuracy in financial management information systems reports.
Audit & Compliance
  • Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits from start to finish, ensuring timely closure.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant statutes, regulations, and laws, including Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST, FEMA, and other applicable regulations.
  • Establish and maintain robust internal controls to minimize risks.
  • Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies as required.
Taxation & Regulatory
  • Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance, filings, and assessments.
  • Ensure timely payment of taxes and adherence to statutory deadlines.
  • Stay abreast of regulatory changes and implement necessary process updates.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Professional accounting designation as a Chartered Accountant (CA)
  • Minimum 10 years' experience at a senior level financial managerial position in a similar industry
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Results-driven, strategic thinker, and planner
