• Foster relationships with banks, auditors, and financial institutions to secure favorable terms and services.

• Monitor financial performance, cost control, and profitability analysis to identify areas for improvement.

• Implement internal controls and risk management practices to mitigate potential risks and threats.

• Support accounting operations, payroll, and financial transactions to ensure seamless execution.

• Assist senior leadership in making informed financial decisions by providing accurate and timely information.

• Lead and mentor the finance team to optimize performance and achieve business objectives.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required (a master's degree or CPA/CFA certification is an asset).

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, with at least 2 years in facility management is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and auditing practices in India is essential.

• Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and Excel is necessary.

• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required.

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities are expected.
