Job Title: Financial Expert

As a seasoned financial professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving our organization’s financial success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the management of accounts receivables and payables, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
  • Direct day-to-day book-keeping and accounting entries.
  • Monitor cash flows and working capital requirements.
Compliance & Taxation:
  • Ensure timely compliance with GST filing, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
  • Maintain adherence to financial regulations and coordinate with auditors.
  • Promote proper documentation for tax and legal audits.
Financial Reporting & MIS:
  • Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial dashboards for review.
  • Assist in preparing P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Internal Controls & Process Improvement:
  • Implement and strengthen financial controls and accounting systems.
  • Identify areas for efficiency improvement and cost optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Commerce, Finance, or CA/Inter CA/MBA (Finance) and 4–5 years of finance experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances is essential, as well as proficiency in Excel, Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks, or other accounting software.
