Chief People Officer

As a Strategic HR Leader, you will play a crucial role in aligning human resources strategies with business objectives to drive success. This role focuses on creating a positive employee experience and fostering a culture of engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures that support the organization's overall strategy.
- Manage the employee life cycle, including new hire onboarding, talent development, performance management, and succession planning.
- Serve as an employee champion, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and implementing initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Utilize data analytics to monitor HR and business performance, identifying areas for improvement and supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, providing support for site-specific audits from Human Resources.
- Advanced degree in HR or a related field (e.g., MBA, MHRM, MSW) with 15-20 years of experience in handling entire gamut of Human Resources.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and address business challenges.
- Proficiency in HR management systems and data analysis tools.
