**Job Opportunity**

  • Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Proven experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role.
  • Hands-on expertise with Human Resources Management Software, including payroll systems and applicant tracking systems.
  • A solid understanding of labor legislation to ensure compliance.
  • Excellent communication abilities to engage with employees, management, and external partners.
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and develop the HR team.
  • The ability to foster healthy employee relations and drive a positive workplace culture.
