We are looking for a leader to join and guide our Human Resources department as a Senior HR Manager. In this role, you will oversee the recruitment process, design company policies, set objectives for the HR team, and help shape our employer brand strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Set clear goals for the HR team and track progress towards achieving them
  • Create and implement company policies that foster a healthy work environment
  • Develop and manage compensation and benefits plans that support employee satisfaction
  • Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process to ensure we attract top talent
  • Host in-house recruitment events to engage with potential candidates
  • Work closely with managers to discuss employee career development paths and provide guidance
  • Monitor HR metrics such as turnover rates and cost-per-hire to inform business decisions
  • Review and approve departmental budgets to ensure effective resource allocation
  • Organize and lead learning and development programs to enhance employee skills
  • Ensure that HR staff addresses employees' requests and grievances in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain compliance with labor regulations by ensuring HR procedures are up-to-date and accurate

Requirements and qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role with a proven track record of success
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software including payroll systems and ATS
  • Solid understanding of labor legislation and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Leadership skills to motivate and inspire the HR team
  • Ability to foster healthy employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively
