Senior Capital Raising Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Capital Raising Specialist to lead our Series A fundraising efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully raising funds or closing growth-stage deals, and possess strong skills in valuations, financial modeling, and capital structuring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the Series A fundraising process with investors, identifying and building relationships to secure funding.
  • Develop valuation models, financial projections, and investor decks to showcase the company's growth potential.
  • Oversee due diligence, compliance, and deal structuring to ensure successful transactions.
  • Partner with the CEO in investor meetings, pitches, and negotiations to drive business growth.
  • Provide financial and strategic insights to enhance company valuation.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in fundraising, investment banking, venture capital, or private equity.
  • Proven track record of successfully raising funds or closing Series A / growth-stage deals.
  • Strong skills in valuations, financial modeling, and capital structuring.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Exposure to EdTech, SaaS, or global education sectors is an advantage.
