Cloud Architect: Expertise in Human Capital Management

The ideal candidate is a highly skilled Cloud Architect with expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM) who can drive successful implementation projects for HCM Cloud.

  • Resolve complex technical issues in implementation projects and build Proof of Concepts during the sales cycle.
  • Work on enhancing existing tools and accelerators, as well as building new ones to support business growth.
  • Identify and resolve issues encountered during test cycles, ensuring timely project delivery.

As a subject matter expert in functional capacity across HCM Cloud modules, you must have expertise in multiple modules and exposure to the entire HCM Cloud suite. Experience with Oracle Data Analytics (ODA) in a functional capacity is also required.
