**Investment Banking Analyst Role**We are seeking an Investment Banking Analyst to join our team, focusing on transactions and financial advisory services for clients across Asia with a focus on India domestic deals.As an Analyst in this role, you will play a critical part in executing transactions, providing financial advice, and working closely with the globally renowned consumer and Industrial sector team.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop complex financial analysis, valuation, and modeling to support deal execution.
  • Manage due diligence processes, communications, and interaction with deal team members and other advisors.
  • Perform comprehensive industry and market research, and company analysis within consumer and Industrial sectors.
  • Assist in preparing pitch materials, presentations, and marketing materials for client meetings.
  • Collaborate with senior team members in deal origination, structuring, and negotiation.
Requirements:
  • Post graduate degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related disciplines.
  • 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields, working on consumer and Industrial transactions.
  • Solid understanding of the consumer and Industrial sector.
  • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
