**Job Overview**

As a key member of the team, they will be responsible for supporting the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partnering with the organization on strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and onboard new hires to ensure a smooth transition into their roles
  • Conduct performance management and provide constructive feedback to employees
  • Manage payroll and benefits for employees to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Handle overall plant and corporate HR, liaisoning with local departments to maintain a positive working relationship with stakeholders
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Hold an MBA in Human Resources or a related field
  • Have at least 10 years' experience in Human Resources with a proven track record of success

  • Strong workforce recruiting, retention, development, and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
  • Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Attention to detail and good judgment to make informed decisions
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in the Engineering, Automotive, or Steel industry
