Job Title: HR Manager

We are a fast-growing agency working with leading brands across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations, including recruitment, onboarding and employee relations.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance.
  • Coordinate and execute the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
  • Assist in performance management processes, including setting KPIs, conducting appraisals, and providing guidance on employee development.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity.
  • Address queries regarding compensation, benefits, and policies.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities, training programs and incentives.
  • Handle grievances, conduct investigations, and provide recommendations for resolutions.
  • Contribute to strategic projects, such as workforce planning, diversity & inclusion programs, and organizational development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • 2-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or Managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in software and MS Office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issues.
