
Senior Human Capital Professional

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle.
The role requires strong knowledge of HR processes, people management, and compliance to support organizational growth and foster a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities- Employee Onboarding and Engagement
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Conduct employee induction and ensure smooth joining formalities.
- Employee Development and Performance
- Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
- Track KPIs and assist managers in goal setting and reviews.
- HR Operations and Compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HR management system.
- Handle attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and HRMS systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
