About the Opportunity:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the FinTech industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish relationships with key stakeholders within banks and NBFCs.
- Presentation and demonstration of FinTech solutions to support business growth.
- Maintenance and development of client relationships to drive revenue growth.
- Achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Provision of market insights and client feedback to inform product improvements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales within FinTech or technology solutions.
- Proven ability to meet sales goals and drive revenue growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Strong understanding of the banking/NBFC ecosystem to provide valuable insights.
