Job Summary

The Business Development Professional will drive growth by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and developing client relationships in the Data & AI domain. They will collaborate closely with technical teams and leadership to align client needs with our solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in Data, AI, and Software consultancy
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to expand the client base across industries (Finance, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, including CTOs, CIOs, CDOs, and business leaders
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, proposal creation, presentations, contract negotiations, and closure
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to shape solutions that address client challenges and opportunities
  • Track market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform business strategy
  • Meet and exceed revenue, pipeline, and growth targets
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales within IT Services, Consulting, or Technology Solutions (preferably Data, AI, Cloud, or Software Development)
  • Strong understanding of Data & AI technologies (Data Engineering, Machine Learning, MLOps, Cloud Platforms, Analytics)
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to translate technical offerings into clear business value for clients
  • Strong network of decision-makers across industries (preferred)
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
