Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to play a pivotal role in driving business growth through performance marketing campaigns. This position is designed to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms, leveraging expertise in paid media, audience targeting, and advanced analytics.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on paid media campaigns, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, Criteo, AdRoll, RTB, and programmatic advertising. They will be responsible for developing and optimizing campaigns that drive targeted traffic, conversions, and overall business growth.

  • Campaign Strategy Development & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies across platforms, including budgeting, targeting, creative optimization, bidding strategies, and A/B testing.
  • Campaign Management & Optimization: Manage the full campaign lifecycle, including managing multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, ensuring campaigns meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Continuously monitor, analyze, and interpret campaign performance metrics across all paid media channels, deriving actionable insights to optimize campaigns and ensure the best possible return on investment (ROI).
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with creative, design, and product teams to ensure alignment of performance marketing strategies with overall business goals and objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on paid media campaigns.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Criteo, AdRoll, RTB, and programmatic advertising.
  • Deep understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and expertise in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable results through performance marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret large datasets, identify trends, and derive actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to present data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
