Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for leading the finance team and ensuring the integrity of financial information. They will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and financial analysis to support business decision-making.

The CFO will be responsible for managing cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure adequate funding for ongoing operations and strategic initiatives. They will also develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

The Chief Financial Officer will prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts for management, board of directors, and external stakeholders. They will manage the annual budgeting process and provide financial guidance to department heads to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

The CFO will conduct financial analysis, variance analysis, and cost-benefit analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize financial performance. They will coordinate and oversee external audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance to ensure adherence to legal and statutory requirements.

The Chief Financial Officer will evaluate and recommend financial systems, tools, and technologies to streamline processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and improve efficiency. They will collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as sales, operations, services, logistics, and IT to support business initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • CA or CA intermediate qualification.
  • Minimum experience of 5+ Years in Core accounting excluding Articleship.
  • Proven experience (3 -5 years) in a financial management role, preferably in the ICT industry or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and analysis using advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) and financial reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik, Hyperion).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
