Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Strategist to lead our financial operations and drive sustainable growth. The ideal candidate must possess strong expertise in revenue forecasting, budgeting, and compliance, with proven experience in the Education industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to support business goals.
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
- Oversee accounting, compliance, taxation, and statutory requirements.
- Provide analytical insights to inform decision-making.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and cost optimization.
- Partner with senior management to drive business expansion and profitability.
Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in finance, including significant exposure in the Education sector.
- Strong knowledge of revenue forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling.
- Proven track record in strategic financial management and leadership roles.
- Expertise in compliance, risk management, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Candidates should be based in Kerala.
