Job Title: Sr Finance Accounts

 

As a Sr Finance Accounts professional, you will play a key role in assisting the finance manager in tasks such as billing invoices, attending day-to-day technical finance requests for purchase orders, making budgets, etc. In this capacity, you will be responsible for monitoring accounting entries of outlets and preparing documents required in banks and other statutory offices.

 

The ideal candidate will possess strong supervisory skills, be detail-oriented and organized, with excellent planning and prioritization abilities. You will also demonstrate discretion and confidentiality, while being self-driven and results-oriented with a clear focus on quality and business profit.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Checking and scrutinizing of all statutory compliances for e-filing purposes
  • Sales, purchase, and all expenses ledger scrutiny
  • Preparing and posting monthly accounting provisions with necessary workings
  • Working with the Assistant Finance Manager to review and communicate process improvements
  • Preparation of documents required in banks and other statutory offices
  • Monitoring accounting entries of outlets

 

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of financial, ERP, and integrated accounting systems
  • Proficient in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills
  • Knowledge of Financial & Accounting Software Packages
  • GST filing
  • Strong supervisory skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized; Strong planning and prioritization abilities
  • Demonstrates discretion and confidentiality
  • Self-driven and results-oriented with a clear focus on quality and business profit
