Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity to drive revenue expansion and contribute to the growth of our global client base. We are seeking a senior business development professional with strong strategic thinking skills and experience in driving sales and expanding long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account development strategies to align our capabilities with evolving customer needs, resulting in increased revenue and expanded market presence.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client engagement and measurable value realization, ensuring alignment across geographies and cultures.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, prioritizing risk diversification across accounts and geographies, and championing internal alignment for long-term client relationship management and incremental revenue growth.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product advancements, and competitive insights to strengthen our positioning and enhance global presence through strategic alliances and partner networks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in similar roles, with a minimum of 5 years of direct ERP sales experience (IFS, SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Sage, Infor, Microsoft).
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify and drive install base growth opportunities.
- Global Acumen: Comfortable operating across diverse geographies and cultures.
- Relationship Building: Skilled in managing and expanding long-term client relationships.
- Collaboration: Strong coordination with cross-functional and partner teams.
- Consultative Selling: Ability to align ERP solutions with customer business needs.
- Accountability: Target-driven, resilient, and self-motivated.
- Effective Communication: Strong stakeholder engagement and executive-level presence.
