We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategically minded Senior Business Development Manager to lead the preparation, development, and submission of competitive commercial proposals and bids. This position involves cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Technical, and Legal teams to deliver compelling and compliant commercial submissions.
Lead the end-to-end management of proposal creation, from initial request for proposal (RFP) analysis to submission.
- Collaborate with sales, product, technical, and finance teams to develop accurate and competitive pricing strategies.
- Evaluate compliance with client requirements, contractual terms, and internal policies.
- Draft, structure, and review commercial content for bids, proposals, and tender documents.
- Conduct risk assessments for each proposal and ensure mitigation plans are documented.
This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
- 5-8 years experience in proposals, bid management or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Knowledge of proposals tools and software is a plus.
