Job Title: Revenue Assurance Professional

Overview:

The Revenue Assurance Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring financial compliance and safeguarding revenue streams. They drive process improvements across telecom operations, fostering organizational efficiency and supporting long-term strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance with finance and accounting is ensured by examining reports, operating practices, and documentation with recommendations for strengthening internal control structures.
  • Familiarity with network and revenue flow structures for all B2B data products is necessary.
  • Quantify and report revenue leakage with suggested solutions to concerned stakeholders.
  • Audit handling conducted by Internal Auditors, focusing on mitigating exceptions from previous audits.
  • Coordination with technical, IT & business teams for issue resolution and new project implementation.
  • Digitization of manual work processes enhances operational efficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile development practices (Scrum), methodologies, and experience in Business Analysis, designing, defining, or managing projects on digital technologies in the telecom industry.
  • Bachelor's degree or Full-time MBA/PGDM is required.
