We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partnership Leader to join our team in HR.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies to address business challenges, providing business partner support for managers, and influencing global HR functions and HR service organizations.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $120,000 and $180,000, depending on location and experience.

Job Description

The Strategic Partnership Leader will focus on building a pipeline for diverse talent, especially senior leaders, and enabling performance management along with business partners.

The ideal candidate will have at least 14 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in the life sciences, diagnostics, or pharmaceutical industries.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
